A bizarre experience with the room's prior occupancy issue led to unnecessary stress during the stay. Multiple calls from the front desk about supposed children in the room were perplexing and disrupted our weekend. Noise from an event went on until 4:30 AM, making sleep quite the challenge. The water pressure in the bathroom was annoyingly low, especially when using the bidet, and unexpected housekeeping interruptions were intrusive.

a so-called 5-star experience which only served to disappoint, I can't believe I had to shout for housekeeping to leave. also, the water pressure in the bathroom, oh my, barely usable! I expected a complimentary welcome gift for retriving my sanity after dealing with such incompetence. I almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

It was just an appropriate option for a lightning stop in Shah Alam with great value. The strong wifi connection throughout the facilities was super helpful during my stay. Make sure to check the weather before heading out.

We were greeted with absolute warmth—got a ride in a bakkie to our club room, which was just stunning! They even surprised us with a piece of cheesecake for our honeymoon. Definitely the best cheesecake I’ve ever had! Brekkie was also a winner, with a nice mix of local and Western treats.

Only thing was the mix-up at the entrance. had to ask for directions a bit.
